When visiting properties, if you are interested, we make sure that you are examining more than the surface. In particular, we discuss what to budget for in additional expenses and aid in due diligence.
Making an Offer
Negotiation is among the strengths of the team. We will provide a buyer’s market analysis and jointly develop a strategy to offer on the house.
Accepted Offer
Following acceptance, we attend all inspections, walk throughs and closings.
Ongoing
The relationship does not end at the closing table. We will suggest vendors and provide advice on simple repairs, tax grievances or renovations.
