I, Marion Filley, offer Satisfaction Guaranteed on the performance of my real estate services. If, for any reason, you do not feel I have earned my commission in my work with you as a client, I will refund 100% of the commission paid to me by my brokerage company for my services, after the close. I do not guarantee the performance of any other agents' service and in no way offer to refund any part of any commissions paid to them. If another agent is involved in this transaction, operating as subagent, your refund will be limited to my portion of the commissions paid." To receive a refund you must submit in writing a refund request along with a brief explanation of why you feel I did not earn my commission. This request must be delivered to my office within three working days of the close of your transaction, either in person or by certified mail.
